FR-650 from Rogers Trailhead:
The red route is FR-650 and can be used as an alternate route back to US-60 from Roger's Trailhead. It is steeper and has more switchbacks than FR-172a. Some of the switchbacks may require 3-point turns. A section of the road runs through the creek in Happy Camp Canyon and high clearance-4WD is required. Conditions depend on the amount of water in the creek (if any) and washouts from recent rains.
